IT Support Technician

To support the users of the group’s IT systems, servers and hardware and participate in delivery of IT projects. Must be willing to travel between our sites in the UK.

Main daily duties

• First line IT support and training for all employees service from ticket system
• Remote support of users at other group companies across UK, Europe and Canada
• New employee equipment setup and decommissioning equipment from leavers
• Identify and perform upgrades to existing hardware and software

Background duties

• Maintain and improve security of IT systems
• Assist with building & maintaining knowledgebase of IT information and passwords
• Follow IT best practice alongside suggestions for development of current systems
• Configure and issue mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Assist in ensuring the efficient operation of all company systems
• Help ensure the security of all data, networks and back-up systems
• Maintenance and configuration of servers, and network infrastructure
• Support the use and improvement of ERP and CRM systems
• Assist with process improvements related to the use of IT systems
• Assist in IT project delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
