Job description

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP OCM Change Lead for a 12-month contract to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme. This hybrid role requires leading the Organisational Change Management workstream, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition to new SAP processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading OCM on large SAP projects, with strong communication skills necessary to work effectively with senior executives and business functions. Immediate start is required.
