Daily Responsibilities

• 40% Leading and mentoring engineering managers and senior engineers
• 30% Defining technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap priorities
• 20% Partnering with product and business stakeholders
• 10% Evaluating technology initiatives, AI adoption, and operational improvements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams and managers
• Experience scaling SaaS engineering organizations
• Strong background in software architecture and cloud-based applications
• Experience building and delivering enterprise software products
• Proven success developing engineering processes, teams, and leaders
• Experience partnering with product and executive leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows within engineering organizations

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with PHP/Laravel, Angular/TypeScript, or similar modern application stacks
• Construction technology, facilities management, or related industry experience
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
