The organisation is looking to hire a senior Network Technical Lead into a major financial services customer environment. This is a highly technical, project-focused position for someone with strong experience across modern data centre networking, financial services infrastructure and complex enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the technical lead across complex network projects
• Leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders
• Supporting network design, implementation, and migration activities
• Working across VXLAN-based network environments
• Supporting multicast infrastructure and traffic flows
• Working within performance-sensitive financial services environments
• Providing technical direction throughout project delivery
• Troubleshooting complex network and application flow challenges
• Supporting infrastructure transformation initiatives
• Collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong networking experience within financial services
• Hands-on experience with VXLAN
• Strong multicast networking expertise
• Senior-level routing and switching knowledge
• Experience leading complex technical projects
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to operate as a technical escalation point
• Experience across network design and implementation

Salary:

• Up to £90,000 basic salary
