About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Architect with strong Revit proficiency to join a leading team in London. This contract position operates inside IR35 and offers an hourly rate. You will be working on high-profile Data Centre projects, collaborating with industry experts to deliver innovative and efficient designs. You must have the right to work in the UK with no restrictions to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead design packages or large portions of projects as required.
• Apply technical detailing and specifications writing expertise for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with UK building codes, approved documents, and international building regulations.
• Support Data Centre design, bringing analytical and creative thinking to complex architectural challenges.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in architecture or equivalent, with a minimum of RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• Post-Part 2 work experience within a recognized design organization or client body.
• Demonstrate design flair, combining technical and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and strong abilities to model, draw, document, and detail in Revit.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
• A Communicative, Curious, Collaborative, Conceptual Thinker, and Collegiate professional with excellent planning and organization abilities.
• Self-motivated and responsible, with strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Excellent Revit skills, ensuring seamless documentation, modeling and integration within client templates.
• Data Centre design experience is preferred but not essential.
