Job description

apply strong technical expertise to resolve complex detail and construction coordination challenges
prepare technical drawings, specifications across a range of project typologies and scales
coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams
support compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety requirements
use Revit to maintain coordinated technical information across projects

Requirements

between two to five years’ post-qualification experience track record working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5
experience working on both interior and architectural projects is advantageous
strong proficiency in Revit
experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp
ability to work collaboratively and manage workloads effectively, Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK without restriction.

We are looking for talented architects with strong technical experience to support our London team on a range of complex architecture and interior design projects.

LOM is an AJ100 practice with a wide-ranging portfolio of architecture and interior design projects for public sector clients and major global businesses, including Microsoft, HSBC and the Bank of England. We work internationally, with projects on-site in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
