  • €36,000 (employer salary)
  • On-site, * Bereitstellung vom 1st Level Client Support im Onsite Team.
  • Entgegennahme von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen.
  • Betreuung von Standard-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen.
  • Nutzung der Wissensdatenbank und Austausch mit Kollegen.
  • Dokumentation und Ticketbearbeitung im Ticketsystem..

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Auch Interessierte und engagierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrung in Ticketsystemen und im IT-Support, Installation von PC-Hardware und Fehlerbehebung
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, Server, Endgeräte, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, MS Office 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • KEIN Führerschein.
