Product Owner - Finance Systems

Hybrid - Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday remote. Occasional 5-day onsite weeks may be required based on business needs., * Own, manage, and prioritize the Agile product backlog based on business value and technical priorities.

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements.
• Translate Finance needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout sprint execution to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Support enhancements to ERP platforms, Finance applications, and system integrations.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help drive the ongoing development and modernization of the Finance systems environment.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including business and technical teams across multiple regions., * Position is available to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, experience with ERP platforms and integrations, and a proven background owning Agile product backlogs.
