Requirements

5+ years of endpoint engineering, desktop engineering, digital workplace, or infrastructure experience
Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune administration, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management
Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience with identities, groups, devices, and Conditional Access
Hands-on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration, host pools, user profiles, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Strong Windows 10/11 enterprise deployment, imaging, patching, configuration, and lifecycle management
Strong Microsoft 365 experience, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
Hands-on PowerShell scripting/automation for deployment, provisioning, remediation, reporting, patching, onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint administration
Enterprise software deployment and patch-management experience
Tier III troubleshooting experience across endpoints, Windows Server dependencies, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, networking, and application connectivity
ServiceNow or comparable ITSM experience
Strong documentation, root-cause analysis, and process-improvement skills
Experience supporting a large enterprise endpoint environment; this environment includes 1,000+ devices
Healthcare or another regulated-industry environment is preferred

Certifications: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator and Azure Administrator certifications (or equivalent) are requested. ITIL Foundation or demonstrated experience in an ITIL-aligned environment is also desired.
