Test Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Test Engineer with expertise in embedded systems, hardware validation, and signal analysis for comprehensive troubleshooting and technical documentation., * Execute comprehensive troubleshooting and verification of embedded software systems

• Configure and integrate hardware components onto specialized test fixtures
• Investigate technical anomalies and document findings for the engineering team
• Operate specialized equipment including decoders, encoders, signal generators, and display monitors
• Monitor DC power distribution and record performance metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions
• Produce thorough documentation and formal reports regarding test outcomes
• Direct electrical engineers or technicians regarding necessary printed circuit board modifications
• Manage automation consoles to run scripts and adjust system configurations

Do you have experience in Schematics?, Do you have a Bachelor of Science?, * BS/MS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• 5+ years of professional experience in a related technical field
• Expertise in analog, digital, and video technologies or verification of embedded systems
• Ability to interpret complex schematics and evaluate high-speed signals on circuit boards
• Advanced proficiency with oscilloscopes for signal analysis
• Competency in Python programming for tool configuration and basic automation
• Background in validating firmware or embedded software architectures
• Knowledge of network testing protocols involving Ethernet and fiber optic interfaces

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with hardware validation at the board level
• Practical skill in soldering and manual board adjustments
• Familiarity with digital analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generation equipment
