Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures. Manage the test system repair with our stakeholder and suppliers, The Test Systems Support Engineer is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and coordinating the repair of manufacturing test systems and test tooling used at production sites. This role focuses on identifying root causes of equipment issues, supporting repair activities, and driving improvements to ensure reliable and efficient test operations., * Analyze test system or test tooling issues reported by manufacturing sites, review failure modes, and define appropriate repair processes. * Troubleshoot and repair test systems and test tooling, including electronic diagnostics at the component level. * Perform root cause analysis and recommend design or process improvements to increase system reliability and performance. * Collect and analyze data to identify trends and define necessary changes to testing equipment, configurations, or testing procedures. * Coordinate and manage repair activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. * Track repair progress, ensure timely resolution of issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and suppliers throughout the process. * Document failure analysis, repair actions, and improvement recommendations to support continuous improvement of test systems.
