Job description

  • Develop, debug, and verify embedded firmware using C/C++ and Python.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and firmware verification tests.
  • Analyze software requirements and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Document software development, testing, and maintain project records using approved tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support firmware development and system verification.

Requirements

Seeking an Embedded Firmware Verification Engineer with a BSEE, Computer Science degree, and 5+ years of experience developing and verifying embedded firmware for regulated products. This role focuses on embedded firmware V&V, software development, and testing for Class III medical devices., * BSEE or BS in Computer Science with 5+ years of embedded firmware experience.

  • Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills.
  • Experience with embedded firmware verification & validation (V&V).
  • Experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device preferred; Aerospace or Automotive acceptable).
  • Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
