- We will expect you to provide first and second-line technical support across a group of schools.
- We will rely on you to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- We will expect you to support Microsoft 365 applications.
- We will rely on you to maintain laptops, desktops and classroom technology.
- We will expect you to assist with network and wireless connectivity.
- We will expect you to contribute to IT projects across multiple sites.
- We will rely on you to build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
- We ideally want experience providing IT support in a school, trust or college setting.
- We want a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- We want experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- We want strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- We want strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach.
- You must have your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence, as the role requires travel across multiple sites.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 to £33,000 dependent on experience, an excellent benefits package, a local government pension scheme, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, an extra wellbeing day, CPD opportunities and access to an employee assistance programme.
