Job description

  • We will expect you to provide first and second-line technical support across a group of schools.
  • We will rely on you to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • We will expect you to support Microsoft 365 applications.
  • We will rely on you to maintain laptops, desktops and classroom technology.
  • We will expect you to assist with network and wireless connectivity.
  • We will expect you to contribute to IT projects across multiple sites.
  • We will rely on you to build positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • We will expect you to support the trusts ongoing investment in technology and digital innovation.

Requirements

  • We ideally want experience providing IT support in a school, trust or college setting.
  • We want a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • We want experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • We want strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • We want strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach.
  • You must have your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence, as the role requires travel across multiple sites.
