An experienced Knowledge Management Attorney is sought to lead knowledge strategy and practice innovation within a registered funds practice. The role focuses on developing legal resources, improving workflows, supporting technology adoption, and enhancing the delivery of high-quality client service.

• Drive knowledge strategy for a leading funds practice.
• Shape innovation through legal tech and AI adoption., * Develop and maintain knowledge resources and tools to support the legal team’s work on registered funds.
• Collaborate with attorneys to capture, organize, and share legal knowledge and best practices.
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure the team is informed of any changes affecting registered funds.
• Design and deliver training sessions or materials to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Manage and update templates, precedents, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support in streamlining legal processes and improving resource accessibility for the team.
• Act as a point of contact for knowledge management tools and systems, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of knowledge management practices with broader company goals., * Juris Doctor degree and admission in good standing to the relevant bar.

• More than five years’ experience advising on registered funds matters, ideally within a large law firm or comparable in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of registered investment companies, investment advisers, fund formation, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience drafting and maintaining registered funds documentation, policies, disclosures, and precedents.
• Ability to analyze legal and market developments and translate them into practical guidance and training.
• Proficiency in the responsible and ethical use of AI and legal technology tools.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across practices and offices.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge-driven service delivery.
