Job description

  • The candidate must be able to work independently to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer systems, including coordination with customer and other administrators.\n
  • Communicate policies and procedures to customers\n
  • Update digital systems to provide insight to ongoing efforts and tickets\n
  • Monitor alarm systems\n
  • Perform basic level system administrator duties.\n
  • Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.\n
  • Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures.\n
  • Provides support on a M-F business hours schedule, also responsible for on-call, extended hour, and weekend support as required by mission or emergency situations.\n
  • System monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools.\n

Requirements

  • BA Degree and less than 2 years of experience. Experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.\n
  • 1 year of experience in customer service environment\n
  • Must be able to gain an INTERIM SECRET security clearance prior to start. \n
  • Complete DoD 8750 certification e.g. Security+ within 6 months of start date.\n
  • Basic Understanding of Scripting Languages\n
