The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT Configuration Management database (CMDB) content and supports in other IT related administrative processes. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the IT storage inventory, reports, and documentation. The Senior IT Asset Administrator / IMAC Support is responsible for the onboarding, offboarding and move process of (new) team members, in relation to the needed hardware and (on-site) technical support.Key responsibilitiesResponsible for lifecycle asset administrationResponsible for the administration of the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Ensure audit support and compliance Responsible for the administration of database records of IT-related vendor portals, such as telecom vendorsStorage room custodian, responsible for the correct storage and organization of IT inventoryProvide hands-on assistance and guidance to end-users, effectively assisting in resolving their
