Job description

You’ll lead the design, development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with architects, stakeholders and junior consultants.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Develop workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.
  • Ensure adherence to platform governance, security and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and optimise platform performance.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.

Requirements

  • Commercial hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and integrations.
  • Proven experience with at least one of:
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
  • ServiceNow certifications relevant to your specialism.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering within large enterprise environments.

Desirable

  • CMDB, CSDM, Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • ITIL, Agile or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience in Public Sector or regulated environments.
  • Domain separation and self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience.
