Data Center Operations Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Operations Analyst for a top IT infrastructure client. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical data center environments by supporting servers, networks, and storage systems while ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. They will monitor environmental conditions, assist with backups and data retention processes, and provide technical infrastructure support to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, experience in data center operations, and a proactive approach to maintaining reliable infrastructure.

• 3+ years of experience in an IT discipline

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems

• Experience supporting data center operations, including performance, availability, and security

• Ability to monitor and maintain environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, and power supply

• Experience with backups and data retention administration

Strong problem management and troubleshooting experience - Associate’s degree in IT

• Network+ Certification

• Security+ Certification

• ITIL Certification
