Requirements * Master of Science (MSc) or Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or a comparable qualification * Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives * Deep expertise in metadata management, data governance, stewardship, and standards within complex environments * Solid understanding of data catalog and MDR concepts, including traceability and auditability requirements * Proven ability to design and operationalize pragmatic governance models in federated structures * Strong track record in stakeholder management, influencing decision-making, and translating policies into actionable frameworks * Experience in assessing external vendor solutions and constructively challenging implementation approaches *, Strong problem-solving
