Skilled Remodeler

• Execute remodeling projects including framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and finishing work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively on construction sites
• Install cabinetry, doors, windows, stucco, roofing components, glass panels, and other fixtures as specified in project plans
• Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, plastering, caulking, and restoration tasks to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics
• Coordinate with project managers on construction estimating, scheduling, material fabrication, and site logistics

Do you have experience in Working on electrical projects?, * Extensive experience with various construction trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation

• Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, saws), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy equipment operation for large-scale projects
• Knowledge of construction management principles to oversee workflow efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Ability to perform detailed construction inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation management
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes for material needs and labor costs
