Job description

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute remodeling plans accurately.
  • Perform a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and door hanging.
  • Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, glass, and other fixtures with precision and care.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
  • Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout each project phase.
  • Manage construction site activities, coordinate with team members, and oversee project timelines.
  • Execute specialized tasks such as stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, roofing repairs, and restoration projects as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will help bring clients’ visions to life, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects that enhance both residential and commercial environments., * Proven experience in construction or remodeling with a strong background in carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, or related trades.

  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management software such as Bluebeam.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to remodeling projects.
  • Ability to perform detailed construction inspection and quality assurance tasks.
  • Experience with concrete forming, plastering, caulking, hardscape installation, and glass or cabinet installation is highly desirable.
