Job description

  • während der praktischen Ausbildungszeit planst und konfigurierst Du IT-Systeme als Dienstleister für alle Bereiche der Stadt Offenburg
  • dabei lernst Du die Systeme entsprechend einzurichten, zu betreiben und zu verwalten
  • dazu gehört auch, dass Du bei auftretenden Störungen die Fehler systematisch und unter Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen eingrenzt und behebst
  • Du lernst, die Anwender*innen der Stadt Offenburg bei der Auswahl und dem Einsatz der IT-Ausstattung zu beraten und löst Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme
  • Du führst Schulungen für Benutzer durch und erstellst Systemdokumentationen

Requirements

  • einen guten mittleren Bildungsabschluss hast
  • in der Schule die Fächer Mathematik, Informatik und Wirtschaft bevorzugst
  • ein Talent für technisches Verständnis hast
  • komplexe Texte formulieren und verstehen kannst und gerne am PC arbeitest
  • Durchhaltevermögen und Lernbereitschaft mitbringst
