Job description

The SAP Test, Cutover & Hypercare Lead manages testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth and stable transition into production. Description:

Lead test planning, UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Coordinate test execution, defects, environments, and issue resolution.
Develop and execute detailed cutover and go-live plans.
Coordinate data migration, integrations, system readiness, and business validation.
Lead cutover command center and hypercare activities.
Monitor production issues, system stability, KPIs, and escalations.
Coordinate IT, business, vendors, and support teams.
Transition stabilized systems to steady-state support.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in testing, cutover, hypercare, or ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, data migration, integrations, and production readiness.
Experience leading cross-functional teams through go-live.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP experience preferred
Manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or distribution experience preferred
ServiceNow, Remedy, or ITIL experience preferred
