Job description

Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Support users with Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications.
Perform user account and access support using Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID.
Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within established SLAs.
Assist with hardware refreshes, software installations, and endpoint deployments.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users.

Requirements

Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
Desktop/Help Desk/Service Desk support experience.
Active Directory and/or Entra ID/Azure AD.
Microsoft 365/Office 365.
Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
