Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst

• 4+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience with ownership of complete payroll cycles
• Experience processing hourly and salaried payroll in union and non-union environments, including CBA interpretation
• Manufacturing, multi-site, or multi-business-unit payroll experience
• Strong payroll knowledge including taxes, wage and hour laws, deductions, garnishments, GL mapping, labor allocations, and reconciliations
• Hands-on HRIS administration, configuration, troubleshooting, benefits administration, and strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience

Plusses

• Hands-on Paycor administration and configuration experience
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with payroll or HRIS implementations, migrations, conversions, upgrades, or vendor selection
• Experience with open enrollment, ACA reporting, Form 5500 preparation, payroll audits, or benefits invoice reconciliation
• Experience with Workday, ADP Workforce Now, UKG, Dayforce, Paycom, Paylocity, isolved, or a comparable payroll platform
• Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification, or related payroll credential

Gentis Solutions is looking for a Senior Payroll & HRIS Analyst to join our client’s team. Client-specific benefits are available and will be discussed in detail during your interview. Compensation for this position ranges from 70k/year - 75k/year per year, based on experience. Payment is bi-weekly and is based on all hours worked, without eligibility for overtime.
