This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and bringing structure to complex processes. You’ll partner closely with Retail, Supply Chain, IT, and Merchandising teams to maintain product integrity, support system enhancements, and ensure stores have the information they need to operate efficiently and compliantly.

  • Ensure new products are accurately configured and available in retail systems prior to arriving in stores.
  • Partner with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to gather, validate, and maintain product information including pricing, cost, product attributes, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain product master data and ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all retail locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product setup requests and product-related system support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product creation workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support store teams through training, documentation, and communication related to product setup processes and system updates.
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of new retail systems, tools, and product management processes.
  • Analyze large data sets to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and support business decisions.
