  • Gemeinsam mit den anderen Team-Mitgliedern sorgst Du für eine kontinuierliche Anpassung der Arbeitsprozesse.
  • Du demonstrierst wie sich agiles Denken in alltägliches Tun übersetzen lässt.
  • Bei Konflikten hast Du ein offenes Ohr und hilfst, sie konstruktiv zu lösen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere strategische Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.

Requirements

  • Du bist mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) vertraut, gern mit entsprechender Zertifizierung.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Du besitzt Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und gute Moderationsfähigkeiten.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium wäre kein Showstopper.
  • Zu guter Letzt: Argumentiere selbst, warum genau DU mit Deinen Erfahrungen zu uns passt! (“Das agile Manifest liegt unter meinem Kopfkissen” wäre z.B. ein guter Einstieg)
