Job description

First Recruitment Group is seeking an IT Support Consultant for a 12 month contract in Edinburgh. You will provide hands-on desktop hardware and software support to a global user base, manage incidents via a ticketing system, and assist with deployment and improvement of end-user technology services.

Requirements

The role requires proven IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows and Office, and the ability to travel for onsite support as needed. ServiceNow experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
