What You’ll Do - You’ll Make the Moment

• Works with Salesforce users to understand system needs
• Builds and supports objects, workflows, reports, dashboards
• Supports integrations and data exchange
• Requirement gathering and translating into solutions
• Data quality improvements and automation
• Monitor and improve user adoption
• Sandbox environment management and testing
• Data cleanup and maintenance
• Automation and flow troubleshooting and maintenance
• User profile management
• End-user support and training

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other additional certification are not required but are preferable
