This is a Computer Support Tech I - Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program’s, Business Technology Office, Solutions Support Unit. • One year of experience providing technical support.
• Experience researching system issues and implementing system resolution.
• Professional experience supporting users in Microsoft Office Suite.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

• College education or certification in an information technology field can substitute for the one year of technical support experience on a year-for-year basis.

SPECIAL NOTES:

• This position may require continuous standing, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs. at any time during the work schedule, with or without accommodation.
