This is a Computer Support Tech I - Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program’s, Business Technology Office, Solutions Support Unit. The incumbent provides user support for the Audit and Collection units, administers the Department’s Local Area Network (LAN), and coordinates with the Information Services Program (ISP) to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, communication components, and system security requirements. Requirements
- One year of experience providing technical support.
- Experience researching system issues and implementing system resolution.
- Professional experience supporting users in Microsoft Office Suite.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
- College education or certification in an information technology field can substitute for the one year of technical support experience on a year-for-year basis.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position may require continuous standing, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs. at any time during the work schedule, with or without accommodation.
