Job description

AEG Digital Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the delivery of innovative technology solutions and provide technical leadership across development projects. You will mentor engineering teams, oversee solution design, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure systems that support organisational growth., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of software and technology solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentor software developers and engineering teams.
  • Review system architecture, code quality, and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Identify technical risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, software architecture, and modern development frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms is desirable.
