Job description

Byka Digital Technologies Ltd is seeking a talented Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions. You will lead a team of engineers, provide technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that support business growth., * Lead software development projects from planning through implementation.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams.
  • Review system architecture, code quality, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to deliver successful solutions.
  • Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement across development processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or solution development.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud technologies is advantageous.
