Job description

  • Performance first: optimize code and data interactions with a keen eye for efficient access patterns and data structures.
  • Asynchronous mastery: implement advanced asynchronous programming using structured concurrency to build responsive, efficient systems.
  • Cloud integration: work with our AWS cloud environment, applying Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • End-to-end ownership: work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and independently drive features from conception to deployment.

Requirements

  • A Python pro: solid professional experience (2-5 years) in Python development, emphasizing clean, efficient code.
  • Asynchronous proficiency: proven experience with structured concurrency in Python
  • Cloud acumen: familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and a willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code (CDK).
  • Data minded: an analytical approach to database optimization and data structure design, taking access patterns in mind.
  • Business savvy: eager to engage directly with business users, translate needs into technical solutions, and take ownership of the full development cycle.
  • Git & Quality: proficient with Git and committed to writing well-tested code.
  • Analytical thinker: a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Growth potential: eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team where roles are fluid
  • Energy interest: a genuine interest in the energy market is a very big plus.
