We make sure we stay best-in-class by participating in research projects across Europe, collaborating with top universities and enterprises on AI, Data, and Cloud., We are looking for an experienced Configuration / Deployment Specialist to join one of our EU public sector clients based in Poland. You will support the ICT team in the build, integration, configuration and deployment of enterprise applications (backend and client devices), ensuring smooth, secure and well-monitored operation of production environments. This is a remote position and we welcome applications from candidates based in Greece as well as across Europe., * Support application build, integration and deployment across backend systems and client devices (mobile, PC).

• Manage and configure system environments, and support system/integration testing.
• Monitor system performance, health and daily functioning; report and coordinate on technical issues.
• Design, maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications.
• Administer and troubleshoot ASP.NET applications hosted on IIS (application pools, bindings, SSL, authentication).
• Liaise with system vendors/contractors on behalf of Frontex ICT for technical issue resolution.
• Support ICT staff and project teams in deploying and configuring development environments in Azure.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (ICT relevant).
• At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of project experience in a similar Configuration/Deployment role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD management of mission-critical, complex enterprise systems.
• Administering and troubleshooting ASP.NET applications on Microsoft IIS (application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates, authentication).
• Active Directory integration, Group Policies, service accounts and Windows security concepts.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications.
• Git-based workflows.
• Strong, demonstrable experience with: Automating application deployments and environment configuration updates.
• Good knowledge of software release management.
• Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of application servers, RDBMS and common build/deployment tools (e.g., Ant, Azure Pipelines).
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable in multi-lingual meetings and international/multicultural teams.
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher.
