Vous assurez le support hotline (N1) :

Analyse et arbitrage des tickets
Installer et configurer de nouveaux postes de travail - Utilisation de l’AD
Mastérisation, transfert de données utilisateurs
Configuration et mise à jour d’outils de messagerie - Connaissance Exchange
Office 365
Suivi des tickets
Installation d’imprimantes - Connaissance Réseaux
Gestion de parc : entrées, sorties, changements de matériels

Requirements

Maîtrise de l’environnement poste de travail et des systèmes Windows
Maîtrise de la suite Office 365
Gestion de parc
Connaissance en Kiosque informatique
Connaissance en téléphonie mobile (iOS et Android)
Connaissance EasyVista serait un plus
Connaissance en Imprimantes

Benefits & conditions

Du lundi au vendredi. Nous devons couvrir une amplitude horaire de 8h à 18h mais nos équipes sont en contrat 35h
