Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide part-time technical support in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This position is ideal for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting and communication skills who is looking for a consistent morning schedule.

The technician will provide technical assistance to clients by phone, chat, and email, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain accurate service tickets and support documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients by phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Identify technical problems and guide users through appropriate solutions.
• Create, update, and maintain support tickets using company service tools.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the support process.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues when appropriate.
• Provide a positive and professional customer service experience.

• Previous IT help desk, desktop support, technical support, or similar experience.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, chat, and email.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
