CDI - Global SAP Finance Project Coordinator (F/H/X)

You are responsible for ensuring the fit and quality of finance solutions in SAP (ECC6.0, S/4 Hana). You take part in system enhancements and international deployments on behalf of this department, within an international context focused on modernizing the finance ecosystem and related processes, with a range of innovative and exciting projects.

You are at the heart of the interactions between the business and Tech teams. You will gain an understanding of finance challenges, including accounting, tax, management control, audit and consolidation, as well as IT tools, particularly SAP FI, SD and MM.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

• Mainly, you will contribute to cross-functional company projects involving SAP adaptations, both on ECC6.0 and S/4 Hana - dual maintenance, taking into account the legal, tax, and accounting specificities of each country:

• Participate in requirements-gathering workshops and in the decision-making process regarding the choice of solution to be implemented,
• Validate the proper completion of testing,
• Draft documentation for Key Users and lead training sessions,
• Ensure the quality of data migration,
• Provide post-Go-Live support

* You will contribute to the implementation of S/4 HANA, a program planned through 2028 in country waves, with an essential role in raising awareness of best practices and ensuring the performance of the Core Model.

* As you develop your expertise in the SAP Core Model solution, ECC6.0 and S/4 Hana, you will effectively contribute to supporting users across the various entities and organizations, regardless of their geographical location.

• You will be responsible for promoting and supporting the adoption of financial best practices across the Group and among the accounting and finance teams throughout the entire Maison.

Your main contacts will be finance users and CFOs from the various subsidiaries, IT teams, and occasionally the Supply Chain, CRM, eStore, and POS teams.

• Across all these missions, you will regularly collaborate with the other members of the SAP Finance Support Unit.

• A higher education degree in finance (Master’s level/Bac+4/5) and at least a first successful experience in SAP Finance (ECC6 or S/4), ideally with a Core Model approach
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar environments is strongly recommended
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
• Team spirit and the ability to work in project mode
• A strong sense of service and ability to support operational finance functions
• Strong listening skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and a high capacity to adapt
• Natural curiosity and a proactive mindset

Within the SAP Finance Support Unit, reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Department, you will contribute to its efficiency and to the satisfaction of its internal clients, across around thirty countries. You will also join and enrich a team with strong recognition and a strategic role in the Group’s transformation and in the operational efficiency of the Finance functions., International travel should be expected (approximately 6 weeks per year, depending on current projects)
