Computer Systems Architects

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Provide architectural guidance and operational oversight for VHIC identity and card services, ensuring reliable and consistent service delivery.
2. Support identity validation, card issuance, replacement workflows, and related operational processes.
3. Coordinate system integrations, investigate service issues, and facilitate resolution of operational and technical problems.
4. Evaluate and support approved system enhancements while collaborating with business, technical, security, and program stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in identity and access management, systems architecture, enterprise application integration, or identity services operations.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting Federal Government healthcare programs, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), and veteran identity and card services.
2. Experience designing and supporting identity and access management processes, including veteran identity validation, identity verification, card issuance, replacement, and identity lifecycle management.
3. Experience overseeing enterprise identity and card service operations, including system integrations, incident resolution, operational continuity, and approved service enhancements across multi-vendor environments.
4. Experience coordinating with federal stakeholders, VA healthcare operations, cybersecurity teams, and technology vendors to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant identity services for veterans.

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience supporting enterprise identity services and complex system integrations.
