Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Maintain and support existing Java applications and associated Red Hat Linux and Oracle Database environments to ensure operational stability.
2. Perform configuration management, system patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance activities across application and database environments.
3. Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, conduct performance analysis, and implement remediation measures to improve reliability and security.
4. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to resolve technical issues, validate functionality, and support Agile development and maintenance activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience maintaining and supporting Java application environments, Red Hat Linux systems, Oracle databases, configuration management, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The source does not specify a minimum number of years.

3. Experience supporting application and database operations, including configuration management, patching, performance optimization, security remediation, monitoring, and incident resolution to maintain system stability and availability.
4. Experience coordinating with government stakeholders, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and application support teams to manage system changes, validate functionality, resolve operational issues, and maintain secure and reliable services.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience supporting enterprise applications and database environments in secure or regulated organizations.
