Job description

Mener les travaux d’élaboration en organisation : REO A+1 et A+6.

  • Accompagner les employeurs pour la description des besoins (ETR/NF).
  • Effectuer la saisie dans le SI ORG des données d’organisation.
  • Manager l’assistant SI-ORG.
  • Fournir un soutien régulier dans les tâches administratives courantes du bureau et en assurer le suivi dans les délais.
  • Suivre les plannings de réunions et créer, adapter les tableaux de bord.
  • Suivre les demandes de création HREO.
  • Appuyer les travaux concernant les primes, NBI , PCRM et ITM.
  • Préparer les éléments nécessaires à l’arrêté de transformation annuelle.

Requirements

Maitrise outil spécifique : Excel et une véritable expertise en tableaux de bord est nécessaire.
