Job description

  • UnterstĂźtzung der Mitarbeiter, der gemäß Supportvertrag zugeordneten Außenstellen und Tochterunternehmungen bei allen IT-Anfragen im Second-Level Support (Client Team)
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebes im Client-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Behebung von StĂśrungen im operativen Bereich
  • Bearbeitung und LĂśsung von technischen StĂśrungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Ansprechpartner im Second-Level Support

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) fĂźr Digitalisierungsmanagement
  • Systematische, strukturierte und termingerechte Arbeitsweise sowie freundliche und zielgerichtete Kommunikation
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft und selbständige Einarbeitung in neue Themen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office, Netzwerktechnik und im Hardwareumfeld
  • Erfahrungen mit automatischer Softwareverteilung z.B. Matrix42 (Empirum), Ticketsystemen und RemoteunterstĂźtzung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • FĂźhrerschein der Klasse B
