- Full-timeEmployment type: Full-time
- €39,000 - €51,000 (XING estimate)
- On-site, * Bereitstellung von 1st und 2nd Level Client Support in einem Onsite Team
- Entgegennahme von Störungen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
- Betreuung von Standard-Anwendungen, wie MS-Office und aktuellen Betriebssystemen (Windows und Mac)
- Installationen, Break & Fix, Austausch und Fehlerbehebung für Endgeräte
- Dokumentation und Ticketbearbeitung im Ticketsystem
- Zusammenarbeit mit 1st und 3rd Level Client Support Teams
- Einordnung der Prioritäten zur Einhaltung der SLAs
Requirements
- Idealerweise eine Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld bzw. vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der IT, z.B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), IT-Techniker (m/w/d) IT Support bzw. IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) oder Onsite Techniker (m/w/d) bzw. Techniker Informatik (m/w/d) Onsite Support etc.
- Erfahrung im IT-Support, in der Installation von PC-Hardware und der Fehlerbehebung
- Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigsten Microsoft Windows Versionen, Active Directory, MS Office 365 und dem Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
- Grundkenntnisse in iOS und Mac Betriebssystemen von Vorteil
- Ggf. eine Zertifizierung wie CompTIA (A+), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausbaufähige bis gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B wäre wünschenswert
