Job description

  • Betreuung der IT-Umgebung an einem festen Standort
  • Annahme von IT-Problemen und deren Lösung
  • Vor-Ort Support als auch telefonische / Remote Lösung
  • Aufnahme der Störungen und Erstellen von Tickets
  • Hardwaresupport für Windows Notebooks/Detachables/Convertables; MacBooks; iphone/iPad
  • sowie Support für betriebssystemnahe Software wie iOS/iPadOS, MacOS, Windows10, MS Office, VDI Software
  • Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Notebooks.
  • Betreuung von deutsch- und englischsprachigen Anwendern, * Festes und attraktives Monatsgehalt

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) von Vorteil
  • Oder 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit wie z.B. als IT Techniker (m/w/d), Hardware Techniker (m/w/d), Support Techniker (m/w/d), etc.)
  • Idealerweise größtenteils Erfahrung im Support der unter Aufgaben genannten Hard- und Software
  • Anwendererfahrung in einem Ticketsystem o. vergleichbaren Dokumenations Workflow
  • Das Anliegen des Anwenders ist Ihnen wichtig, Sie arbeiten selbständig und zielorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse für Support-Call
