5D Design Support / Junior Modeler

• Assist in creating detailed 3D models using software such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and Revit, ensuring precision and adherence to project standards
• Support the development of construction detail documentation, schematics, and technical drawings aligned with building codes and client specifications
• Collaborate with team members to translate conceptual designs into accurate CAD models and BIM workflows
• Utilize AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks to produce comprehensive drawings and system designs for interior spaces and building components
• Conduct building code analysis to ensure compliance throughout the modeling process
• Aid in the review of design drafts, providing graphic design input and refining visual presentations including 2D animations where applicable
• Assist in organizing project files using Bluebeam or similar PDF markup tools for efficient review and collaboration
