Senior Computer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of computer hardware and software issues for our customers., * Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops.

• Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (if applicable).
• Provide technical support for business clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience in computer repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software components.
• Experience with phone and tablet repair.
• Experience with Apple computers and iOS devices.
• CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team., * Describe your experience with diagnosing and repairing complex hardware and software issues on laptops and desktops. Provide specific examples.
• Explain your experience with network troubleshooting, including common network protocols and diagnostic tools.
• Describe a time you had to troubleshoot a particularly difficult technical problem. What steps did you take to resolve it.
