Technical Support Engineer

This is a permanent, full-time position and would suit someone with a strong technical background who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users and maintaining reliable IT systems and infrastructure., * Providing technical support across IT systems, hardware, software and infrastructure

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Supporting the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and systems
• Providing technical assistance to users across the organisation
• Monitoring systems and helping to maintain performance, security and reliability
• Supporting network, server and infrastructure-related issues
• Assisting with technical projects, upgrades and system improvements
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and records
• Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers when required
• Providing support across other company locations when required

• Previous experience in a Technical Services, IT Support, Systems Support or Infrastructure role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks and systems
• The ability to manage and prioritise technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications would be beneficial, although candidates with strong practical experience and technical knowledge will also be considered, * System administration: 1 year (required)

• Network Security: 1 year (required)
• Microsoft Azure: 1 year (required)
