What You’ll Do as a RFID Implementation Manager

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Leverage data analytics to identify high-volume continuity merchandise opportunities and recommend targeted actions with Supply Chain and Logistics leadership to improve availability and performance.
  • Analyze and interpret RFID count saturation test results across departments and depots, providing actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Identify and quantify business benefits from RFID implementation, including sales growth, shrink reduction, and process and cost efficiency improvements.
  • Develop robust business case proposals and benefit models for Finance review, validation, and investment approval.
  • Drive the RFID roadmap by incorporating best practices from vendor partners and leading retailers, while exploring predictive analytics opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Monitor RFID market trends and competitor developments, and communicate program progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail and supply chain experience within the fashion retail sector, complemented by hands-on involvement in RFID deployment projects and operational RFID environments.
  • Successfully managed cross-functional projects, coordinating diverse teams to deliver technology and process improvement initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate RFID strategy, roadmap, and business value effectively, building strong stakeholder relationships through influence, credibility, and engagement.
  • Applied strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate opportunities, balance cost versus value, and enhance both operational performance and customer experience.
  • Proactively managed stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships, identifying risks early and driving effective issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintained strong awareness of emerging retail technology trends and innovations, translating market insights into practical recommendations and future-focused business solutions.
