Job description

  • Lead the design and development of application architecture to support HR systems.
  • Create and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration between various platforms.
  • Implement and manage AWS technologies to enhance system scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of ASP.NET and .NET applications.
  • Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry-level team members.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for system use and maintenance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize our human resource information systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application architecture and a proven ability to design, develop, and implement software solutions. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate across teams and drive innovation., * Proven experience in application architecture and software development.

  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET, and API development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AWS technologies and their implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to design efficient system solutions.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
