About the company

About Concord AI

Concord AI is building software for engineering teams that use AI coding agents.

Tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor are becoming part of everyday software development, but they are still mainly designed for individual developers. When several people and agents are working in the same codebase, teams can run into duplicated work, conflicting changes, inconsistent technical decisions and pull requests that are difficult to review.

We are exploring how shared context and better coordination can help AI agents work effectively across an engineering team. We are still early, so you would be helping shape the product rather than joining a large engineering organisation where everything has already been decided.
