Job description

Developing and maintaining React components and applications
Writing clean, maintainable JavaScript code following best practices
Collaborating with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices
Participating in code reviews and contributing to improved code quality
Working within agile teams to deliver features and improvements
Supporting the deployment and monitoring of applications using CI/CD practices
Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

5-10 years’ professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React
Experience building responsive, user-focused web applications
Familiarity with modern development tools, version control and agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

NextJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design
Agile certification or demonstrated agile working experience
Meta Front-End Developer Certificate or JavaScript certifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
