Job description

  • Developing and maintaining React components and applications
  • Writing clean, maintainable JavaScript code following best practices
  • Collaborating with backend teams to integrate APIs and microservices
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to improved code quality
  • Working within agile teams to deliver features and improvements
  • Supporting the deployment and monitoring of applications using CI/CD practices
  • Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React
  • Experience building responsive, user-focused web applications
  • Familiarity with modern development tools, version control and agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

  • NextJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design
  • Agile certification or demonstrated agile working experience
  • Meta Front-End Developer Certificate or JavaScript certifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
